Lukhnow: Social Democratic Party of India and Popular Front of India leaders met chairman of UP Sunni Waqf Board Sufar Ahmed Farooqi yesterday to discuss the issues regarding the Allahabad High Court verdict on Babri Masjid title case and follow up actions to be taken. 
Popular Front chairman E M Abdul Rahman, Social Democratic Party of India national president E Aboobacker, Al India Imams Council president Moulana Usman Beig met Farooqi and assured all out help in this regard. Farooqi told the leaders that the steps were being taken to go for an appeal in Supreme Court against the High court verdict. 
We are not ready for an out of court solution agreeing to this verdict. And it is futile to have a discussion with the parties in the case on the basis of a verdict which was relied only on the beliefs of one section. Waqf Board will entrust eminent lawyers to take up the case in Supreme Court, he added.
Leaders also met Adv. Safaryab Jeelani and Muhammed Hashim Ansari to discuss the issue. Ansari said that Babri Masjid was an issue of world Muslims and he would take decisions in accordance with the steps taken by the Sunni waqf Board. I don't want to become a traitor. My talks with some Hindu saints in Ayodhya were misrepresented in the media, he added.
