Pallipram Prabhakaran Passes Away
Kannur: SDPI Kanuur District President Pallipram Prabhakaran died here early today. He was 63.
Prabhakaran was hospitalised due to severe fever. He was survived by wife and two children. Prabhakaran who hails from Valapattanam here has been serving as the convener of SC-ST Aikya Vedi for last 20 years.
His body was laid to rest at Payyambalam at 1.30 today. Hundreds of people from all walks of life poured in to homage for their respected leader.
SDPI state secretary P Abdul Majeed Faizee, district general secretary Noushad Punnakkal, DCC president P Ramakrishnan, NCP district secretary Hameed Irinavu, SC-ST Aikya Vedi state secretary P Narayanan were some among them.
